Former Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine for European and International Integration and Foreign Policy Adviser to Yulia Tymoshenko has accomplished his academic background as a graduate of the Harvard Ukrainian National Security Program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government and with Oxford International Relations Summer School Diploma. During his professional career he served as a member and academic adviser in Freedom House, Co-Director and Euro Atlantic Partnership Council Coordinator for the NATO Forum on Energy Security or Deputy Head of the Permanent Parliamentary Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and the Ukrainian delegation to the Committee on Parliamentary Cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union
