He has MA degree in international relations, the Warsaw University (1999) and a PhD in political science, the European University Institute in Florence (2007). He was a research fellow at the Centre for International Relations (1998-2002) and now Dr. Osica is a research fellow at the Natolin European Centre, and lecturer in European studies at Collegium Civitas. His main areas of his expertise are: national defence, EU common security and defence policy, transatlantic relations.
