The primary target group includes Slovak, Czech, Hungarian and Polish decision-makers, security and foreign policy communities and opinion-makers. Expert member groups will individually approach their fellow experts on a national level in order to make the research results as representative as possible. During the advocacy tour, the project aspires to address the message to key politicians and decision-makers at high-level meetings, as well as the media on press conferences, background talks and discussions.
